Some experts are concerned that the U.S. school system does not provide enough real-world experiences and project-based learning opportunities, which are crucial for students to develop the lifelong skills they need to succeed. Our program bridges that gap.
Ongoing training is a method of training where learners are continuously trained over multiple sessions instead of a single training program. This method of training is proven to increase learner retention, motivation, engagement, and job performance.
An immersive experience pulls a person into another real or imagined world, enabling them to manipulate and interact with their environment. Immersive experiences use a blend of visuals and sound to deliver an unforgettable and engaging experience.
Daily Integrated Experience Training covering physical, mental, spiritual, and social development. Self-paced learning resources with dedicated team leader support.
Our compensation is commission-based, allowing you to directly benefit from your efforts. The more accounts you close, the more you earn. We use a progressive and retroactive commission scale system.
Payouts are semi-monthly on the 6th and 21st of each month. You will receive consistent payments throughout the program.
Yes! We provide company-supplied furnished housing with utilities included. All furnishings are provided - you just need to bring personal items like bedding and towels.
Transportation is recommended but not mandatory. Having your own vehicle provides flexibility, but we can work with interns who do not have personal transportation.
The standard program runs from May 1 through August 31. We also offer alternative programs running from March through September for those seeking extended experience.
Daily reporting is around 10 a.m. for training sessions and team meetings. After training, you receive your work assignments and head to the field. Field work continues until sundown with a midday break.
