Our goal is to help you Experience Excellence as well. Your summer experience will include the DIET (Daily Integrated Experience Training) Program that will help you get the most out of every aspect of life. We understand that for you to perform well at work, you need to have balance within the rest of your life. You will be surrounded by a motivated team that will help you reach your physical, mental, spiritual and social goals. Along with The DIET Program, we have assembled a daily sales training program that has all of the resources you need to be a successful sales person and leader. You will have the whole program available to you, so you can learn at your own pace. You will also have a dedicated team leader devoted to helping you progress.

Here are the top frequently asked questions (FAQs) about Atlus Summer Internship Program:
Yes. In sales, being paid on commission gives you control over your paycheck—the sky's the limit. You will receive a percentage of all new business brought into the company, depending on your total sales, your commission percentage may increase.
Sales reps are paid a draw on commissions earned on a semi-monthly basis. This occurs on the 6th and 21st of each month. If you are not married, you will be given $800 biweekly; $1000 if you are married. In October, sales reps receive any scheduled bonuses and remaining sales commissions. In January of the following year, sales reps will receive final bonuses and sales commissions.
You will be paid on both a progressive and retroactive scale. As you continue to make sales, you will reach tiers that will bump up the commission rate for all of your previous and future sales.
Each sales rep’s motivation is crucial to our success. Daily meetings and constant manager contact help provide the confidence needed for both new and experienced reps. This will be one of the hardest jobs you will ever undertake. However, with hard work and an extremely positive environment even the newest rep can flourish. Utilizing the tools and technology that are provided will help motivate you by being able to see your commissions increase.
Living
If you are a single rep, you will live in company-supplied housing with other Atlus reps. We supply furnished homes and apartments as needed. Other offices will have apartment arrangements as well. If you are a married rep, Atlus will help you locate housing in your assigned city.
Yes, housing will be provided. Units are furnished and the only thing that you will need to bring is bedding, towels, and basic dining wear.
Although a vehicle is not mandatory, it is highly recommended—otherwiseyou must make arrangements with a fellow rep for rides throughout the summer. Those with their own transportation will be able to make return appointments which can be the difference in making additional sales.
Work
Our traditional work program typically begins around May 1st and will continue through the end of August. Alternative work programs are also available starting in March and ending in September.
You can expect to report to your office each day just before 10 a.m. for a training session. At the end of each session, all reps receive a work assignment from team leaders. Next, everyone will travel to their residential work location where they are expected to sell until sundown, with an hour break mid-day.
