Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who is a self-starter, technologically adept, and a quick learner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and sales management, with a knack for leading teams to success. If you are familiar with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and FieldRoutes, and possess a positive, detail-oriented approach, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure all sales calls and message leads are properly input into our CRM system.
• Oversee sales operations from Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm, ensuring consistent and effective sales processes.
• Maintain daily accountability with pipeline management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• Travel occasionally to our offices in Memphis and Knoxville to provide on-site support and training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, especially HubSpot and FieldRoutes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
