We are seeking a Remote Customer Support & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

‍

• Customer Interaction & Support:
  
  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Assist in responding to Google reviews to maintain our strong online reputation.
  • Update Google Ads dispositions and Local Service Ads (LSA) to ensure accurate campaign tracking.

• CRM & Administrative Support:
  
  • Work within HubSpot and FieldRoutes to manage customer data and track service updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service inquiries.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing with administrative and operational tasks.

‍

• Technology & Communication Management:
  
  • Utilize RingCentral for call handling and team communications.
  • Work seamlessly within Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Ensure all tasks and updates are completed with high attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

‍

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
✅ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
✅ Customer service experience with a passion for helping people.
✅ Prior experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot and FieldRoutes preferred).
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
✅ Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and RingCentral.
