✅ Customer service experience with a passion for helping people.
✅ Prior experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot and FieldRoutes preferred).
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
✅ Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and RingCentral.
